The Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science offers undergraduate degree programs in the following areas:
1. Automotive Engineering
2. Electrical Engineering
3. Manufacturing Engineering
4. Mechanical Engineering
5. Software Engineering
Designed to meet the needs of industry, these programs provide a solid grounding in basic sciences, mathematics and computing, along with knowledge in various engineering application fields.
Two engineering programs are offered through the Faculty of Energy Systems and Nuclear Science, an affiliate of the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science.

To help meet industry‚??s need for engineers with strong business skills, the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science, in conjunction with UOIT‚??s Faculty of Business and Information Technology, provides Engineering and Management programs, for each of our engineering programs.
To help students learn through experience, we offer three-to-four month co-op work terms (mainly in the summer), and a twelve to sixteen-month industry internship for students finishing third year.
